I was introduced to Reiki in 2021 during an incredibly challenging time in my life. I was going through a divorce, had been a stay-at-home mom for 8 years and I was feeling stuck and unfulfilled. I was at a huge crossroads and Reiki literally became the pathway I chose to walk.  

What has amazed me is how completely my life has changed since that time. I'm passionate about Reiki and its incredible wisdom as I continue to embody this practice every single day. Reiki has taught me the importance of surrender, trust and stillness. This is where the greatest healing lies.
