This in-person session is an invitation to be fully supported, to set down what you've been carrying so tightly and allow your body, mind and spirit to rest. It's so wonderful to feel held, I promise! Through gentle touch and intuitive guidance, we cocreate space for your unique session to unfold exactly how it's meant to. You will be so safe through this process of realignment and healing.

Learn the Art and Science of Reiki

I am passionate about teaching Reiki and its incredible  legacy of healing. In each course, you'll receive a Reiki manual, 10 hours of teaching, and opportunites to practice inside the Fort Collins Reiki community. I combine Western and Eastern Reiki philosophy, techniques, and tools to give a wholistic view of modern Reiki. Reiki 1 is focused on personal transformation and healing. Reiki 2 is a deeper focus on personal energetics as well as beginning to practice on others. 4 attunements are given for each level.

This is for the moment when you're ready to consciously release the past and step into a new version of yourself. More intense than a standard session this in person experience combines Reiki, breathwork, visualization and intention to allow the movement of emotional energy that's ready to go. This opens space for what's next. You'll be an active participant in your own transformation. All that's required is your sincere willingness to show up as a cocreator.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy 
Your time is precious, and so is mine.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time to someone else in need. 
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a fee. No-shows without notice may result in the full session fee being charged. Thank you for understanding.
