This in-person session is an invitation to be fully supported, to set down what you've been shouldering and allow your body, mind and spirit to be held. Through gentle touch and intuitive guidance, we allow for energy to be witnessed, to release and for calm to come in. In this space, direction and guidance often come for next steps forward.

This is a dialogue based session designed for those who want to explore present moment challenges through conversation and somatic awareness. Informed by trauma and resiliency training this session builds body based awareness supporting you to read and trust your own body's signals.

Learn the Art and Science of Reiki
I am passionate about teaching Reiki and its incredible legacy of healing. In this course, you'll receive a Reiki manual, 12 hours of teaching, and opportunites to practice inside the Fort Collins Reiki community. I combine Western and Eastern Reiki philosophy, techniques, and tools to give a wholistic view of modern Reiki. Reiki 1 is focused on personal transformation and healing. 4 Reiki attunements are given at this level..

Spiritual Cleansing and Reset
This is for the moment when you're ready to consciously release the past and step into a new version of yourself. More intense than a standard session this in person experience combines Reiki, breathwork, visualization and intention to allow the movement of emotional energy that's ready to go. This opens space for what's next. You'll be an active participant in your own transformation. All that's required is your sincere willingness to show up as a cocreator.
